The challenge of Le Grand Réservoir’s association with the grouping of Linkcity – Valero Gadan Architects – Brenac-Gonzalez & Associates – Studio Muoto was to amplify and embed the transversal theme of the project: learning skills.

The joint development zone Cherioux is dedicated to teaching, with the establishment of vocational high schools, technical universities, etc. The response of Le Grand Réservoir to spread this project across the entire programme is through the Learning Centre.

This building with iconic architecture will be the base of knowledge valuation through original areas: a food-court to learn about the benefits of diet for the brain and the body; a virtual reality venue hosted by the French pioneer of intelligent game learning; and a sports centre to learn about the body through original sports.
